World Bodybuilding and Fitness Champions Hit Dubai with a Bang

Six time Mr. Olympia Dorian Yates and IBFF Fitness Champion wife Gal Yates were hosted by Zinah Events in 24 Fitness Gym on Saturday 22nd March 2014.

The event was attended by local officials including the Chairman of the Organizing Committee and Emirates Bodybuilding Federation (EBBF) first Vice-President, Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad bin Saif Al Sharqi and second Vice-President, retired Brigadier Abdul Karim Mohammed Saeed. Dorian and Gal were presented with awards by the officials. They were personally thanked for their contributions to the development of the sports industry and visiting Dubai to share their experience.

The public gave a strong welcoming to the international champions.  Seminars & workshops on health and fitness were presented by the duo and attendees found them both educational and inspiring.

Valuable tips and advice on effective training were shared with the community. Dorian presented a practical workshop of his own High Intensity training program which he tailored to the culture and lifestyle of the UAE. Gal focused on educating women about the differences in training between genders, and how to get the most effective results out of sessions.

The misconceptions of those who are in the bodybuilding and fitness industries were broken by the champions’ knowledgeable and professional approach. The attendees found the workshops productive and have vowed to adopt Dorian & Gal’s success-guaranteed tips into their fitness regimes. The duo enjoyed their visit to Dubai and have promised to be back soon.
