Elias Rahbani Live in Concert

Dubai is set to witness another Rahbani signature to the world of music and art on 25th April, 2014. Performing for the first time in the UAE, renowned Lebanese artist Elias Rahbani, is set to captivate the crowds with his timeless hits guaranteeing fans an unforgettable evening.
A family member of the coveted Rahbani’s, Elias Rahbani is a Lebanese composer, arranger, lyricist, conductor and producer. Elias Rahbani is one of the three Rahbani brothers and is probably the most prolific in terms of recordings. The musical adviser and chief of occidental music for Radio Lebanon, from 1962 until 1970, Rahbani produced numerous recordings for the Philips, Parlophone, Polydor, Decca, Capitol, and S.L.D. labels.
Elias Rahbani has composed over 800 pieces, not including musical scores for film and theater. He has also composed ballet music, classical pieces for piano, and soundtracks of over 25 films. Elias has received many accolades in his career span of over five decades.
The artist’s first ever concert with the full orchestra in the UAE will be held at Zaabeel Hall 3, Dubai World Trade Centre. At the heart of the Middle East, the Dubai World Trade Center is the region’s leading destination for events, exhibitions & conferences.
With a 52-piece orchestra, four renowned singers and Ghassan Rahabani in special appearance, the event is going to be one of the biggest Arabic concerts to be showcased in Dubai.
