Dubai Courts launches the fifth edition of Knowledge Management Week

Dubai, 9th March 2014: Dubai Courts launched the fifth edition of Knowledge Management Week, from 9th to 13th of March2014, under the patronage of H.E Yousuf Hassan Mohammed Al Mutawa, Director of Dubai Courts, in line with its vision to enhance the knowledge and exchange the information and administrative experiences.
The current edition contains a series of events and activities that aim to boost the definition of knowledge management across organizational culture, with a focus on the experiences of judges and employees at Dubai courts in all fields.
Commenting on this initiative, HE Al Mutawa affirmed the key role of the knowledge in driving the judicial area, noticing that the launch of this edition coincides with the directions of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
“We seek, through this initiative, to spread awareness on knowledge management for Dubai Courts’ employees, develop their capabilities and improve the productivity quality,” He elaborated.
HE. Al Mutawa added that the current edition would play a crucial role in cementing the relations with strategic partners and highlighting the achievement the field of knowledge and technology in Dubai Courts.
The opening ceremony of the Week started with a film, prepared by theatre team. HE Al Mutawa inaugurated the fifth Book Fair of Law at the Courts, on the sidelines of the Week. This Fair will showcase a group of law and legislative books and references. Additionally, He opened an exhibition for employees’ hobbies as well as launched a number of contests like Photography Contest via Instgram account of Dubai Courts, Twitter Contest via Twitter account.
