Dubai, Thursday 6th March 2014: Real women’s favourite team, PURE Fitness, has introduced another amazing class, PURE R.I.P. that focuses on reducing unwanted body fat. By alternating short bursts of anaerobic exercise with lesser intensity rest periods, your athletic capacity and physical condition improves, metabolism gets a boost, which helps burn fat.

So, what exactly is PURE R.I.P? The class will take you through a varied series of timed challenges, which work your entire body, tackling unwanted body fat and honing lean muscles, all without long cardio sessions.

Super Mums, Catherine Williams and Elaine Luck have created this class, (suitable for all fitness levels and ages), in order to be safe, practical and to blend into your own fitness schedule perfectly. As with all PURE Fitness’ classes, workouts are planned with careful consideration; looking at range of fitness, experience and hormonal conditions, and ultimately designing a quality fitness solution.

Classes will take place at James & Alex Dance Studios and Fitness First at The Lakes. Some PURE R.I.P classes will be baby-friendly, allowing you to bring your baby along to class, so please check the schedules at these locations for more information.  Each class costs AED 50.
