25 December 2013 - ‘LetsTango.com,' a leading UAE based online store, has announced the launch of its new mobile site, which aims to drive in a stronger online presence and increase accessibility to its customers. The move is attributed to ‘LetsTango.com's' increased traffic via mobile devices—with more than 40 per cent of the online retail site's visitors accessing ‘LetsTango.com' through their mobile phones.
According to the company's senior executives, ‘LetsTango.com' has refreshed its website to include more interactive features, particularly streamlining the buying process for customers making purchases via their mobile phones. In fact, the new website can automatically detect if a user is visiting ‘LetsTango.com' through a mobile device. Another interesting feature offered by the mobile site is the integrated calling and chat option—one click and a ‘LetsTango.com' customer service representative will be on hand to address any user concern or inquiry.
“The launch of this new mobile-based website demonstrates our recognition of the growth opportunity in this channel, which offers a faster and seamless way to browse our diverse portfolio of products, purchase an item and even address customer concerns. Ever since this mobile site went live, we have witnessed an increase in purchases accompanied by positive feedback given by our online customers. This move is part of our continuing efforts to provide our customers with the best online buying experience," concluded Parag Mehta, Operations Manager, ‘LetsTango.com.'
