24 December 2013 - Smartworld, a leading master systems integrator and next generation ICT service provider in the Middle East, has announced the availability of its new ‘BizPark Offerings'. The new service has been designed and developed for new and existing enterprises that are currently in the process of setting up their operations across any Free Zone in the UAE. ‘BizPark Offerings' is a unique service that is being offered as a ‘one time' set up model or as a recurring monthly subscription services model.
According to a recent industry report from Gartner, a leading business research and intelligence firm, global spending on cloud services is expected to grow by 17.7 per cent through 2016. However, the Middle East and North African (MENA) region is expecting even higher growth, which is expected to reach around 20.2 per cent. This forecast complements an IDC report that positions the Middle East region as one of the fastest growing IT markets in the world—predicting a USD32 billion spend next year, which will include investments in IT infrastructure, cloud computing and big data capabilities. In addition, the country's recent win to host World Expo 2020 is expected to drive in an influx of business into the country with the DWC acting as a prime Free Zone offering for businesses coming into the UAE.
“As the Middle East region continues to position itself as a global IT hub and with the UAE's preparations to host Expo 2020, we are expecting growth across all industry verticals—particularly the IT segment. With this in mind, Smartworld's new ‘BizPark Offerings' assures both new and potential businesses that we can meet the current and future demand within the DWC,” said Abdulrehman Ubare, Technical & Operations Director, Smartworld. “Over the years, we have enjoyed key success that can be attributed with our ability to secure smart and integrated technology-based products and services that help give our customers a strategic and competitive edge.
