Green Valley Real Estate delivers on its promise; hands over Jiyyeh project ahead of deadline

In a move that reinforces its commitment to hand over projects much before the scheduled delivery date, Green Valley International Real Estate one of the leading real estate companies in the region has announced the completion and handover of its Green Valley 7 project in Jiyyeh, Lebanon.
The project has been handed over to the clients nearly 14 months before the due delivery date, which is a testimony to the company's commitment to its construction schedules.
The Green Valley 7 project also adheres to the highest international quality standards in its construction and maintains the specified quality control consistent with the original plans of the development.
Mr Wiaam Mahmoud Rabah, Chairman of Green Valley International Real Estate, said: The completion of the Green Valley 7 project in Jiyyeh, Lebanon about 14 months prior to the scheduled delivery deadline is the key milestone for us, as we have not only accomplished the project ahead of time, but also to the desired quality standards.
He added: As a company, we monitor the progress on all our projects to ensure that quality standards are met while meeting the project budget and schedule requirements. Green Valley also has a number of projects under way across Lebanon, Turkey, UAE, Syria and Egypt. Recently, it announced a major foray into Turkey with investments to the tune of AED 200 million to tap into the booming real estate industry in the country.
