A conversation with Martin Sheen at The Dubai International Film Festival

Dubai, December 2nd, 2013: The 10th Dubai International Film Festival's In Conversation will be with one of Hollywood's finest and most revered actors, Martin Sheen. The Multiple Emmy and Golden Globe Award winner will offer insights into his life, the industry he loves and his incredible body of work that has spanned over five decades and seen him act in over 80 films.
Martin Sheen will take to the stage on Sunday, December 8th at 4pm in the Souk Madinat Jumeirah Theatre. The unmissable event will also include a Q & A opportunity for audience members.
Film fans will get a rare insight into the wonderfully versatile actors career from his breakthrough role in Terrence Malick's Badlands, in 1973, to the role that secured him worldwide recognition in Francis Ford Coppola‘s acclaimed film Apocalypse Now and to his unforgettable TV character President Jed Bartlet from The West Wing.
Martin Sheen will also receive a prestigious DIFF Lifetime Achievement Award for his distinguished service to the film industry during the opening ceremony of the 10th edition of the Festival which runs from 6th December – 14th this year.
This event is a must-see event for any film fan and tickets are available for AED 30 and AED 10 for students.
