Dubai – UAE: 17 November 2013 – MaidCV.com - the region's first and largest database of maids looking for jobs - today announced that they have partnered with The Perfect Help to provide a free household professional training session to all candidates registered with the website.
The Perfect Help is the first company in Dubai to provide comprehensive training services for domestic helpers such as maids, nannies, houseboys, cooks or drivers. With trainers from five-star hotel backgrounds, The Perfect Help will be providing maids with all the hands on training they require, a course handbook, and a Certificate of Attendance as part of the free training session. Employers can avail this service even after they have employed the maids, provided that they are members of MaidCV.com.
Siddharth Kumar, Housekeeping Trainer, The Perfect Help, said: “We strongly believe that training is a very important tool to improve the work of your staff. Having trainers from five-star hotel backgrounds, we are regulated by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) and Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services (DCAS), and pride ourselves in offering the finest trainings for maids. Since MaidCV.com is also ISO certified, this partnership works along their goal in terms of quality standards. We have partnered to bring together our synergies so that we make sure that people recruiting help in the region feel more confident when they are making such an important decision for their family and home.”
Providing a free session in household training, professionals at The Perfect Help will be educating maids about health and safety in the household, food hygiene, and basic housekeeping as part of this free session.
Eugenie Chenut, Co-Founder, MaidCV.com, said: “Unlike other similar services, we search for staff already in the UAE, avoiding complicated and costly travel and visa arrangements, and giving people the opportunity to meet their future helper face to face before making an important recruitment. We are constantly looking for ways to make sure that we are able to get the best help to our members in the most convenient way. One of the steps towards that effort has been our new user-friendly website. Additionally now we have partnered with The Perfect Help to provide free training to our candidates so that they learn basic housekeeping from hotel professionals. Recruiting a maid is a very sensitive task as you entrust them with taking care of your kids, your personal belongings and spend time on briefing and teaching the recruited person everything required. Through this partnership, we hope that our members will save time and effort in terms of teaching the basics to the new recruit.”
MaidCV.com is the only ISO 9001 certified company providing quality services to its members with a wide selection of maid's CVs, connecting employers to potential help. Launched in 2011, Maid CV has placed thousands of maids in good homes throughout the Gulf, and continuously strives to make their client experience memorable. Screened by professional recruiters, MaidCV.com is the pioneer in online domestic help recruitment.
Offering the monthly-unlimited package at AED 450, MaidCV.com provides members with benefits such as: a user-friendly website providing a multi-criteria search option, online help and advice, video interviews of maids, and a resource section providing instructive information packs; a daily email listing the new candidates posted; and a free housekeeping training session with The Perfect Help.
