Eton Institute is inviting individuals for a life changing free event on how to develop effective Negotiation and Persuasion Skills and increase positive personal power. This workshop will give participants an understanding of the phases of negotiation, tools to use during a negotiation, and ways to build win-win solutions for all those involved. Designed as an introduction to negotiation and persuasion, the workshop is key for anyone interested in being able to persuade with confidence.
“It is human instinct to want more or make a dream come true. Some people possess the skills to get to their goal while others can easily develop them with just a few pointers in the right direction. For example: an individual tries to buy some groceries as the store is closing. He stands at the window, catches the cashier's eye and starts pulling a sad face. The cashier feels sorry for him and opens the store to let him make the purchase thereby using his authority to help him. This can be construed as a form of persuasion pursued by the patron to achieve his goal. Situations get more complex in businesses but can be tactfully handled by developing effective skills,” commented Alison Johnson, Sales Director at Eton Institute.
