Going Back To School With Lamsa
Last Update: Wednesday, October 2, 2013 : 11:06 (+4GMT)
Lamsa, the first dedicated digital Arabic kids' world, opens the gates to a bright world of widely-assorted content catered especially for the Back-to-School season. Lamsa aims to help in preparing young students by reintroducing learning as a fun, engaging, and exciting activity. Lamsa introduces kids to basic numbers, alphabet, colors, animals, and more, as well as covering early learning techniques such as developing the passion to read and igniting children logic and curiosity.Released earlier this year, Lamsa has become a favorite destination for Arabic speaking children and their parents, already surpassing over 2 million content consumed.
Tarek Hajjar, Lamsa's Marketing Director, commented by saying "It feels great when I hear parents saying that they were very happy to see their children having great times using Lamsa, while they can rest assured that knowledge and education is a major part of all of that fun”.As part of its focus on the Back-to-School season, Lamsa announced a new interface designed to enhance the child's user experience and “bring Lamsa's content to children when they need it most” as Tarek described, “toy stores, children bookstores and other major children outlets work hard on preparing for back to school, and since Lamsa is a leader among children digital outlets, we had to do the same”.
As a contributor in the educational process, Lamsa has been nominated by the United Nations WSA as one of the top in e-learning and competes with global innovators across the globe.Lamsa has recently launched its service in the KSA in partnership with STC. "We will soon be launching in Jordan, UAE, Kuwait, and other strategic markets around the region", said Tarek. In its never-ending search for the best, Lamsa is looking for collaborating with unique partners (content & operators) as part of its expansion. Going back to school has never been more fun with Lamsa! Lamsa can be downloaded for free from App store, google play, BlackBerry world. STC users can get full access to Lamsa by sending 1 to 808877
