Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel Dubai Welcomes New Executive Chef

Chef Abderrahim Lhannaoui has joined the Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel Dubai as its new Executive Chef. A Moroccan national with 16 years of experience, he has sound knowledge in cuisines from all around the world including Continental, Mediterranean, Arabic, Italian and Asian.

A person with strong culinary management skills, he has also amassed over ten years of regional experience working at prime properties in Dubai.

Before joining Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel, he was Executive Sous Chef at the Kempinski Hotel & Residence, Palm Jumeirah Dubai, where he restructured the kitchen to improve the service standard for all-day dining, room service, pool bar, evening a la carte fine dining and events.

He also implemented an Arabic menu to satisfy local and Middle Eastern guests, besides creating an Italian and Arabic fusion menu for Brunello restaurant. He also played an instrumental role in the opening and operation of Sezzam, the largest restaurant in Dubai with over 1000 seats, at the Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates, Dubai.

Abderrahim Lhannaoui received a certificate in Hotel Management and Kitchen Technique from the Institute of Hostelry and Tourism Technology in Morocco. Later, he worked with various hotels in Morocco in different positions such as Chef de Cuisine and acting Executive Chef at a four star hotel resort, before moving to Dubai in 2002.
