Dubai, UAE: September 15, 2013: You can now set yourself free as you exercise in small groups with Gold's Gym UAE introducing ‘Group Training'. Get set to go all out with greater enthusiasm and energy, leaving behind nervousness or any fear of losing focus during person training sessions. For the very first time in UAE, Gold's Gym puts a start to exercising with your personal trainer in small groups. Working out will turn out to be the most anticipated time of the day with this innovative exercising concept.
