Abu Dhabi Police Schools Spread the Culture of Excellence

The Police schools Department, the Human Resources Directorate General at Abu Dhabi Police, recently organized a workshop on spreading the culture of excellence for its officers, non-commissioned officers and civilians. The workshop was organized in cooperation with the Training Department at Abu Dhabi Police and a specialized training institution.
Colonel Waleed Salem Al Shamsi, Director of Police Schools Department, emphasized the importance of spreading the culture of excellence as per international-best standards. This would boost the culture of excellence in institutional work, as an integral part of daily life, in the framework of the government's efforts to transform into a smart government.
Al Shamesi praised the interaction of participants with the workshop's objectives, which reflect the Police Schools Department's keenness to promote excellence in police work. This embodies the Abu Dhabi Police GHQ's strategy to develop its staff members' potentials according to the best developed standards.
The Abu Dhabi Police had recently launched a new website to spread the culture of excellence among staff members. This embodies the Ministry of Interior's strategy and its philosophy based on achieving quality and excellence, and ensuring a continued excellence process, so as to enhance development of policing and security work.
