Sheikh Rashid Al Nuaimi tours & inspects the students' registration at Ajman University

His Highness Sheikh Rashid Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of Ajman Municipality and Planning Department visited Ajman University of Science & Technology to oversee the progress of admissions and registration process currently underway at the university for the academic year 2013-2014. He was welcomed by H.E. Engineer Khalid Salman, Member of board of trustees; H.E. Mr. Osama Salman, Vice-President Ajman University; Mr.  Abdullah Salman, Director General Department of Student Affairs.

He toured the registration and admission premises at Sheikh Zayed Center for Conferences and Exhibition and was briefed on the mechanism and stages of student's registration. This was followed by a meeting with a number of officials and Heads of Department at the University. In which, he was brought up to date with the latest preparations ongoing in full swing ahead of the new academic year. Mr. Anmar Al Anni, Representative of Admission and Registration gave a presentation on the current statistics and number of students being enrolled in various faculties and a comparative analysis on the rate of increase in enrollment turnout being witnessed by the University this year.

Mr. Osama Salman, Vice President Ajman University, also explained the latest developments in the infrastructural projects that the university intends to be implemented this year; which includes expanding the student's accommodation and the completion of a full-fledged state of the art sports complex.
