RTA Opens New Al Mutakamela Vehicle Testing and Registration Centre in Al Qusais

New Branch Enhances Customer Services in the Area
Dubai. Roads and Transport Authority(RTA). 6th April 2026 : Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has opened a new vehicle testing and registration centre operated by Al Mutakamela in Al Qusais, as part of the Government of Dubai’s direction and RTA’s efforts to enhance and facilitate service delivery for customers in the area and surrounding communities.
The opening of a new Al Mutakamela centre in Al Qusais represents a valuable addition to the vehicle testing and registration sector, improving operational efficiency in line with service delivery standards. The centre marks the 30th service location across the emirate.
In cooperation with the centre’s owners, RTA is committed to licensing the new branch with a modern concept and standards that meet customer expectations, both in terms of overall appearance and the facilities and equipment provided, in line with the urban standards that distinguish the Emirate of Dubai.
The new centre features seven lanes for light vehicles and one lane for motorcycles, all equipped with the latest technologies. It is also staffed with a qualified team of employees and inspectors to serve customers, including individuals and businesses, and to provide the necessary support in accordance with the latest safety standards.
The new centre has commenced operations in coordination with RTA’s internal entities, as part of its commitment to facilitating service delivery for all segments of society, particularly People of Determination and senior citizens, both Emiratis and residents, while enhancing customer happiness and delivering a positive qualitative shift in services for vehicle owners.
Service Hours
The centre operates from Monday to Saturday, from 7:30 am to 10:30 pm, and on Friday from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 10:30 pm.
