7 March, Dubai UAE: An Italian Oasis in the heart of Dubai, Mare by Bussola is the chic new adults-only beach club and restaurant situated within the Westin, Dubai Mina Seyahi. The relaxed and contemporary venue is an undoubtedly Italian state of mind spot, offering plates of the freshest seafoods, risotto, pastas, oysters and beverage matches to melt over, and now it's offering an incredible NOTTE by Mare every Friday from 7pm – 10pm.

Starting with prosecco aperitivo's in the garden grounds served along-side freshly chucked oysters, the first hour is a social affair to relax into the evening. The well-dressed restaurant servers keep a steady
 
flow of canapés, beverages and oysters coming as you admire the lush ground, low-lit ambience and live saxophonist.

Once an appetite has been built, diners are taken to their tables, where the first round of dishes consisting of tuna tartare, octopus ceviche, cured swordfish and scallops are brought to you. Paired with a drinks menu that emphasizes the dishes, you can expect Gin and Tequila based negroni's or a passion fruit martini, watermelon martini and a peach bellini.

The next course is a choice of red lobster sauce, fresh prawn pasta topped with caviar or a buttery, lemon risotto with Mediterranean seafood. A vegetarian option of root veggie, basil based pasta is also available and a sharing platter of delicious seafood in the middle.

The last to be served to the table is a sharing dessert platter of powerfully creamy Tiramisu, pistachio cannoli and a crostata al limone. Delizioso.

The extension of award-winning Bussola, Mare by Bussola is a classy but laid back lounge with a twist. Decorated with a muted ocean blue and white linen, tables are positioned around an olive tree center, with an unmistakable ambiance of the Mediterranean, complete with a private entrance and valet parking, this luxe new location is guaranteed to take you on a journey to the Italian Riviera.
