Sunday Market Brunch at Le Gourmet gets Chinese Twist on Jan 22

Welcome the Lunar New Year in style at Le Gourmet, Galeries Lafayette. Celebrate the Year of the Rabbit with a limited-edition brunch on January 22nd packed with traditional and modern Chinese dishes commemorating the special day.
Guests can enjoy a specially curated menu featuring a wide selection of starters including hot and sour soup to hoisin chicken salad, sesame prawn toast, spring rolls and dim sum and savoury buns. The live station on the day offers a real classic---crispy, aromatic roasted duck prepared with authentic herbs and spices and served with pancakes, cucumber, and hoisin sauce, whilst the carving station will showcase succulent five spiced roast beef short ribs. The hot dish options include everything from stir fried beef in black pepper sauce to Szechuan Chicken with cashew-nuts and dry chili, spicy ma poh tofu and wok fried noodles with Asian vegetables, to name a few.
To finish things off, there will be the mandatory fortune cookies and Chef Dany’s extensive line-up of incredible freshly baked mini desserts and his unique take on some Asian favourites including mango pudding with crushed sesame, fried crispy banana and pandan panacotta with coconut.
From 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm, this special edition of the Sunday Market Brunch can be enjoyed for just AED 225 per person. Kids under 12 can enjoy the meal and 1 hour of free play at Treasure Island for only AED 125.
