• In the event of non-arrival of the guest: NO REFUND for no-shows or cancellations made on the day equivalent to the tour rate will be 100% charge.

• We pick-up only in hotel or nearby hotel (if you are in residential area)
• All fireworks are done by the Dubai Municipality as per their jurisdiction.
