Repossi & Cheval Blanc Join Forces to Reimage the Iconic Berbère Ring to Celebrate the Colors of the Cheval Blanc Maison's
Last Update: Wednesday, November 16, 2022 : 14:06 (+4GMT)
Repossi, the historic jewelry Maison and Cheval Blanc, part of LVMH Hotel Management, have joined forces to develop an exclusive edition of the iconic Berbère ring. This emblematic piece from Repossi, which celebrated its tenth anniversary in 2021, will be re-designed in Cheval Blanc’s signature color taupe, a color that be found throughout the design of the five Maison’s.
Handcrafted by Repossi’s skilled artisans in its storied workshops, the 18k rose gold ring has two conjoined bands of varying size, one of which is glossed with the perfect shade of taupe and the other is encrusted with white round-cut pavé-set diamonds. The design is created to inspire an imaginary route around the finger, tracing the international destinations of the Cheval Blanc Maison’s. A world tour through the five Cheval Blancs: from Courchevel, to Randheli in the Maldives, passing through St-Barthelemy, St-Tropez and Paris.
The House of Repossi has previously highlighted the most desirable destinations in the world, following the launch of the 7 Berbere Chromatic Cities collection (featuring Tokyo, Paris, Miami, Dubai, London, Monaco and New York). The five Cheval Blanc destinations complete this monochrome world tour.
The 18K rose gold piece, paved with 38 diamonds totaling 0.34cts, will be displayed in the five Cheval Blanc Maison’s and will be officially unveiled in November 2022. Each Berbère ring will be engraved with a special Cheval Blanc monogram and the piece will be available to purchase in the Cheval Blanc Maison’s.
