Food Court Concept Is Inspired by the Iconic Max’s Restaurant
Dubai, United Arab Emirates: Foodmark, the food and beverage division of Landmark Group, has announced the opening of the first Max’s Express outlet at Sahara Centre in Sharjah.
Inspired by Max’s restaurant, the celebrated Filipino brand established in 1945, Max’s Express is a food court concept that serves the same homestyle Filipino dishes and famous Max’s Fried Chicken without compromising freshness for speed of service. The new outlet is located at the food court on the 1st floor of the mall.
The Max’s Express menu is extensive and includes the iconic Max’s Fried Chicken as well as signature dishes like Lumpia, Sisig, Kare-Kare, Bangus and Pancit Canton not to mention the convenient and cost-effective combo meals, Merienda sets and delicious rice bowls that have made Max’s a home away from home for thousands of OFWs in the UAE.
“For years now, we have witnessed Filipinos from across the UAE find their way to our Max’s Restaurants in Dubai for a taste of home. This brand has been conceptualized to thank them for their loyalty and give them an equally enticing option in the vicinity of where they live and work,” said Savia Vaz, Head of Marketing at Landmark Group.
“Customers in Sharjah and the Northern Emirates can now look forward to the same delicious Max’s dishes at dine-in quality along with takeout and delivery convenience at their doorstep. And to make it even more enticing, the food is prepared to order so it’s fresh, fast, flavourful and a reminiscent of their favourite Max’s Restaurant,” she added.
Saving the best for last, Max’s Express will also serve a wide range of signature desserts including Buko Pandan, Leche Flan and other cakes and bakes from the ever-popular Max’s Corner Bakery!
