Torno Subito Welcomes Back Its Third Edition Of ‘Massimo's Friends,' With Chef Riccardo Forapani

 

Dubai, UAE, 30th September 2022: It’s time to re-write your plans because W Dubai – The Palm’s signature Italian restaurant, Torno Subito, is welcoming back its third edition of the hugely popular Massimo’s Friends, set to take place on the October 6th and 7th. Experience a sensational Italian dinner hosted by Torno Subito’s Chef De Cuisine, Alessio Pirozzi, and one of Italy’s most celebrated Italian chefs, Riccardo Forapani. 

 

Chef de Cuisine at Cavallino in Maranello, Chef Forapani has also worked under the expertise and guidance of culinary mastermind Chef Massimo Bottura, when he entered the kitchen of Bottura’s three-Michelin-star restaurant, Osteria Francescana, at the tender age of 20. And now, Forapani is heading to Massimo’s Torno Subito kitchen, alongside the restaurant’s Chef De Cuisine, Alessio Pirozzi, to serve up a carefully created tasting menu, featuring innovative Italian dishes, bursting with authentic Italian flavours, vibrancy, and soul.

 

For AED 549 per person, foodies will start their culinary journey with the restaurant’s famous ‘welcome from the kitchen,’ offering a pumpkin and black truffle dish, and puff pastry stuffed with Parmigiano Reggiano. Main dishes include Seppia, a cuttlefish salad with anchovy juice and premium Italian Caviar, Parmigiano Reggiano Crème Caramel, creamy Raviolo di Granchio filled with Alaskan King Crab, Baccala’ Fritto, featuring tempura Cod fish served with a sweet salsa Verde, Vacca Vecchia, a succulent roasted Spanish beef tenderloin and Pere e Balsamico di Modena - an elegant pear in three ways salad.

 

Be sure to save room for dessert because the tasting menu ends with a mouth-watering traditional Italian trifle, Zuppa Inglese, made up of bavarese cream, a crunchy chocolate layer and a dark chocolate glaze.
