Summary Of Weekly Real Estate Transactions For The Week Ending 23 September 2022.

Dubai: The real estate and properties transactions valued at AED 6.7 billion in total during the week ending 23 September 2022. The sum of transactions was 2,401.

 243 plots were sold for AED 1.29 billion, 1,659 apartments and villas were sold for AED 3.51 billion.

 The top three transactions were a land in Burj Khalifa sold for AED 100 million, followed by a land that was sold for AED 49.76 million in Al Barsha South Fourth, and a land sold for AED 100 million in Burj Khalifa in third place.

Al Hebiah Fifth recorded the most transactions for this week by 102 sales transactions worth AED 246.53 million, followed by Jabal Ali First with 37 sales transactions worth AED 162.11 million, and Al Yufrah 2 with 20 sales transactions worth AED 24 million in third place.

 The top three transfers for apartments and villas were an apartment was sold for AED 377 million in Marsa Dubai, an apartment was second in the list sold for AED 324 million in Business Bay, and thirdly it was an apartment sold for AED 287 million in Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid.
The sum of the amount of mortgaged properties for the week was 1.66 billion, with the highest being a land in Al Barsha South Fourth, mortgaged for AED 393 million.

119 properties were granted between first-degree relatives worth AED 286 million.
