April 29, 2022: Emirates Post has been closely monitoring and coordinating with the relevant authorities, in addition to running awareness campaigns on social media in an effort to combat the spread of fraudulent schemes circulating among customers. Emirates Post advise customers to exercise extreme caution when interacting with emails claiming to be from Emirates Post.

Emirates Post asserted that its official website emiratespost.ae offers a safe and secure payment portal and is the only means of online payment for shipments and retail products. The company further confirmed that all web payment links will use the domains emiratepost.ae or epg.ae, ensuring that customers will never be redirected to third-party payment portals or asked to share personal information.

Emirates Post's Customer Service team continues to monitor these activities and has urged customers to verify the sender's email address and reach out to them by calling 600 5 99999 or sending an email to CS@emiratespost.ae to verify the authenticity of suspicious emails.
