talabat hosts Masterclass Experience at Expo 2020

Dubai, United Arab Emirates - March 24th, 2022: talabat, the Official Food Delivery Provider for Expo 2020, delivered an interactive Masterclass experience with two loved UAE restaurants, Sushi Art and Alien Burger, at their two-storey cloud kitchen at Expo to showcase some of the most delicious dishes that hungry visitors on site have enjoyed.

Chef Nisala Sandaruwan, from Sushi Art, demonstrated to visitors how to create a variety of sushi rolls available at the talabat Kitchen, alongside Chef Hossam Atef from Alien Burger, who presented how to build and master the perfect burger.

Dishes presented from Chef Nisala Sandaruwan included: the Sushi Art Signature Box (which included the Rock'n Roll, Signature Dragon Roll, Fire Signature Rolls, Volcano Roll and Rainbow Signature Rolls), three different pieces of nigiri and the classic salmon avocado sushi roll.

Dishes presented from Chef Hossam Atef from Alien Burger included: The Black and Gold Burger, the signature Alien Burger and the classic Chicken Ranch Burger.

talabat's Kitchen at Expo has more than 30 brands and 15 different cuisines from around the globe. The cuisines are quite varied, from burgers and pizza, to shawarma and even sushi. All the food is made fresh on site at the talabat Kitchen - in the heart of Expo.
