LES MILLS hosted a BODYBALANCE Class as a Preview of their Upcoming Experiential Event in March

LES MILLS LIVE – the most anticipated fitness festival of the year is back and will take place on 5th March at the Expo 2020 Sports Arena from 10am-10pm
Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 4 February 2022 – Les Mills, the New Zealand based international fitness brand providing world-class fitness programs hosted a BODYBALANCE class on 4th February at Pullman Downtown in Dubai. The class was organised in order to provide a sneak preview of the sessions that will take place at the forthcoming LES MILLS LIVE event in March.
LES MILLS LIVE is expected to be one of the immersive fitness event of the year. On the 5th of March Les Mills will bring the epic line-up of rockstar presenters, the latest Les Mills releases including - Live, Virtual, Les Mills+, Les Mills SMARTTECH, Livestreaming, booming sounds, and most importantly thousands of fitness fanatics together for an incredible all-day fitness festival at EXPO 2020 Sports Arena from 10am – 10pm.
Expo 2020 is aiming to inspire visitors to preserve and protect the planet which aligns with Les Mills mission to create a fitter planet. With their ambition to be one of the ‘Top 10 Fitness Brand’, their desire is to provide a unique fitness experience by delivering world-class group exercise classes that will engage participants, potential tourists, club partners, stakeholders, prospects, new verticals and instructors.
