DHA's Social Fund Programme Receives Financial Contribution from Al Rostamani Group

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 28 November, 2021: The Dubai Health Authority’s Social Fund Programme known as ‘Yumnak’ has recently received financial contribution from Al Rostamani Group. The contribution is for first line of defense employees.
His Excellency Awadh Al Ketbi, Director-General of Dubai Health Authority, received a delegation from Al Rostamani Group at the DHA headquarters.
Dr. Wafa Al Rostamani, Dr. Najla Abdullah Al Rostamani and other senior officials including Salem bin Lahej, Director of DHA’s Health Fund Office attended the meeting.
The Al Rostamani Group said the contribution is part of the group’s corporate social responsibilities, specifically towards vital sector employees for their hard work and dedication.
The group expressed its appreciation for the exceptional role played by the staff at the Dubai Health Authority for carrying out their duties and responsibilities during the pandemic.
Salem bin Lahej thanked Al Rostamani Group and highlighted that they are one of the leading national institutions that support development and social work. He highlighted that the group has always extended their support to various humanitarian initiatives of the DHA.
It is worth noting that the Social Fund Program (Yumnak) for Dubai Health Authority employees has provided financial subsidies to 389 DHA employees with a total value of AED 4,510,237 since the initiative was launched in 2017.
Bin Lahej reiterated the importance of humanitarian initiatives and thanked all those who have supported the DHA’s philanthropic initiatives in the country and abroad.
