Dubai-Based International Supermodel Elvira Jain featured on the Chopard Red Carpet Exclusive at Burj Al Arab

As Dubai reinforces its position as the fashion capital of the Arab World, such exclusive events in the city that are graced by the presence of the Dubai-based supermodel will make a big difference in the coming years

November 11, 2021: Dubai-based international supermodel Elvira Jain has added her flavour to a Chopard Red Carpet Exclusive event in Burj Al Arab hotel in Dubai recently. She made a special appearance at the invitation of the famous Swiss luxury watch and jewellery brand Chopard at its private collection display.

This marks the global recognition of Dubai as a fashion destination as well as the stature of Elvira Jain as the face of Dubai’s fashion industry in the global fashion world. She was the only celebrity invited by Chopard at the event.

She works with the largest international fashion brands including Armani, Dior, Dolce & Gabbana, Fendi and Gucci, etc.

“This is a matter of great honour and pride not only for me but also for Dubai – the city chosen by Chopard to host this international exclusive event attended by a handful of Ultra High Networth Individuals (UHNWIs) who buys luxury watches and jewellery from such exclusive events,” Elvira Jain says.

“I was surprised to see myself at the Chopard table – as the only supermodel – surrounded by Chopard family members and some of the UHNWIs.”

The Dubai-based supermodel Elvira has been a regular invitee at the Venice Film Festival, Cannes Film Festival red carpets as well as a participant at many other fashion shows.

The Moldova-born supermodel, hails from a family of renowned scientists who have over 100 patents, began her career by launching a modelling agency at the age of 18, after graduating with an MBA from London Business School, which she sold when she was 23. She was earlier discovered by designer Valentina Vidracsu at the age of 16, while still at school, who showed her a glimpse into the world of modelling, leading her to sign with agencies all across the globe, from China, Milan, Greece, India and beyond. 

Elvira Jain has worked – and still works – with big brands, featured on various magazine covers and worked on regional campaigns. Recently, she was at the Venice Film Festival as an invited supermodel – the only one from this part of the world. She is a regular fashion model for Gucci and recently has done a fashion shoot for Gucci.
