Coffees that are processed anaerobically are prized for their incredible flavour expression, aromatic intensity, funkyness and strong fruit qualities. The anaerobic coffees within this Goodie Box are all from farmers that we have partnered with over the past season, working with them to increase the quality of the coffees they produce.
