An Iftar Like Your Mom Would Make it at Zafran Indian Bistro

Dubai, United Arab Emirates - April 17, 2021: Enjoy a flavorful, well-balanced Iftar set menu that will transport you home this Ramadan at Zafran Indian Bistro. From the cozy and inviting ambiance to the exemplary service and authentic flavors, the award-winning restaurant has got it just right once again.
Priced at a reasonable AED 109 per person, Zafran’s Iftar menu is designed to satisfy and nourish but not overwhelm. Guests can break their fast with fruits and dates available on each table followed by a light Lentil soup. The next course is a Feta and rocca salad served with a selection of succulent kebabs including Rampuri sheek, Chicken tikka and Mustard fish tikka. For the vegetarians, the savory starters include Aloo tikki, Paneer tikka and Vegetable samosas.
Diners can then look forward to continuing their meal with Zafran’s signature main courses and accompaniments including perennial favorites like Butter chicken, Lamb and potato curry, Fish curry and Dal bukhari. The vegetarian main courses being served to the table include Mushroom mutter, peas and mushroom in a tangy tomato sauce, Subz masala or mixed vegetables and Aloo masala. Assorted breads and steamed rice will be served to all guests.
The sweet ending to the meal is a platter of assorted Indian desserts including Gulab jamun, Peda and Motichoor laddoos.
The Ramadan menu will be available throughout the Holy Month at Zafran Indian Bistro in Dubai Marina Mall and Mirdif City Centre from Iftar to 10 pm.
