His Highness Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi wins the UAE Jet Ski Marathon

Ajman – December 06, 2020:  Ajman Tourism Development Department (ATDD) organized the second edition of Ajman Sea Festival including a Jet Ski Marathon at Ajman Corniche on Friday, 4th December. The festival was held in cooperation with UAE Marine Sports Federation, under the supervision of Dubai International Marine Club for the second year, with the support of Ajman Police, Dubai Police, and the Critical Infrastructure & Coastal Protection Authority.

 
The Jet Ski Marathon was held with the support of His Highness Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi Chairman of Ajman Tourism who won during the last year’s competition for the category of ’over 40 year old‘. This year, His Highness Sheikh Abdulaziz won the UAE Jet Ski Marathon Championship, and also ranked third in the veteran category of Jet Ski Marathon- Ajman.
 
Sultan Al Rumaithi came in the first place in the veteran category (sitting) for 40 year old and above for 60 minutes in Jet Ski Marathon- Ajman, and Salman Al Awadhi in  the open category for professionals (sitting) for 105 minutes.
 
Ajman’s Jet Ski Marathon was successfully hosted with the support of Saudi German Hospital in Ajman, Amina Hospital - Ajman, Red Bull and Pocari Sweat, keeping every precautionary and safety measure in place including temperature checks for all participants, wearing masks and gloves during the race, limiting the number of participants and ensuring social distancing.
