Global Village Introduces Guests to a World Full of Wonder and Adventure as Season 25 and the Silver Jubilee Anniversary Gets Underway

Season 25 is running for 25 weeks and the next stop on this year's adventure is Friday's Rockin'1000 gig, the biggest virtual rock concert in history

Dubai, UAE, 26 October 2020:  Global Village, the UAE and wider region's leading multicultural family destination for culture, shopping, and entertainment, hosted excited guests on day one of Season 25 as the Silver Jubilee anniversary started spectacularly. The stage is now set for an unforgettable 25th season at Global Village, with anticipation increasing from those yet to visit and experience the world of wonder at this inspiring outdoor oasis of family fun. 

A fabulous shower of silver confetti swept over the park's entrances to mark the historic occasion, adding a further celebratory element as guests reveled in the electric atmosphere and explored the many delights brought to Global Village for Season 25. The spirit of social inclusion and cultural togetherness that has long been associated with the park was clear for all to see. Guests experienced Carnaval thrills and mouthwatering dishes from the finest grills, as well as an array of the park's incredible entertainment attractions. 

All roads now lead to the Season 25 opening concert as Rockin'1000 headline the biggest virtual rock concert of all-time on Friday, October 30. In partnership with Arabian Radio Network, Emirates, and Jumeirah Beach Hotel, the event will be performed online by thousands of musicians and singers from around the world and streamed on the Global Village Main Stage, while broadcasted live via their official YouTube channel. The opening event marks the beginning of a 176-day-journey that promises to be a season like no other.
