Algerian Side INFINITY Reigns Supreme in Free Fire Arab Tribal Tournament

 More than one million viewers witness the Semi-Final and Grand Final matches live on Facebook and YouTube

 
Dubai, 9 September 2020: INFINITY from Algeria came out on top to win the second edition of the Free Fire Arab Tribal tournament which was watched live online by more than one million people. 

In the Grand Final, INFINITY’s Medien Bakour (INF.9tl), Bahi Sehar (INF.Kapablo), Bendjebara Abdennour (INF Abdou BN), Allouche Mohamed Abderrahmane (INF R3B) and Adem Hadjaissa (INF HARACHI) were at the top of their game to defeat Tunisia’s Team Remind.

Team Remind from Tunisia were the runners-up in the tournament while Hooliganz_TM also from Tunisia claimed third-place finish in the event, which competed with 144 teams from across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

INFINITY is one of the top clans in the region, which include several teams from across the MENA region who always join Free Fire Esports tournaments under INFINITY name. The clan's core teams won the first ever Free Fire Arab Tribal and claimed the 2nd place in the Free Fire Arab Clash War Season 1. 
The Grand Final brings the Free Fire Arab Tribal competition to an end following more than three weeks of entertaining and closely-fought battles by talented players across the MENA region.

With an opportunity for the region’s gamers to test themselves in a competitive environment, the Free Fire Arab Tribal attracted an impressive turn-out with 396,685 players registering for the event. 

In their quest of glory, the gamers, who were formed into teams, had to overcome the qualifying rounds to reach the main tournament before competing in the play-offs, semi-final and the Grand Final stages.

To help boost the profile of the gamers and attract new audiences, the Semi-Finals and Grand Final matches were broadcasted live on YouTube and Facebook, attracting 1,064,599 viewers. 

More than 600,000 people watched the Semi-Finals, while over 450,000 tuned in to witness the Grand Final.
