Maram Obaid: Emirati Women Were Able to Gain Global Recognition and Inspire Women Around the World

United Arab Emirates, August 27, 2020:   Maram Obaid, Director of Sales at the leading estate management company Provis, said that Emirati women were able, thanks to the support of the wise leadership, to make a positive contribution to the UAE’s excellence and leadership journey across all fields, and accomplish achievements that have gained global recognition and inspired women around the world.

She said that ever since the establishment of the UAE by the late founding father Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, Emirati women have been sparing no effort to serve the nation and grow, contribute and advance all sectors, while instilling and educating generations on values, principals and loyalty to the country and its leadership. This was clearly reflected in the successes achieved by the people of the UAE every day in all fields locally, regionally and internationally.

Obaid added that the endless support from the Mother of the Nation, Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, has enabled women to continue contributing to the nation and play an active role in realizing the UAE’s long-term vision as reflected in this year’s Emirati Women’s Day theme - Preparing for the next 50 years: women are the support of the nation. This demonstrates the confidence and belief in women’s abilities to achieve the aspirations of the UAE to reach leading positions in all fields, across the world.
