Dubai Government Workshop signs MoU with Al-Futtaim Lexus

Agreement aims to provide best services to customers in line with Dubai Plan 2021
UAE, 25 November 2019 – The Dubai Government Workshop (DGW) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Al-Futtaim Lexus Motors for the maintenance of DGW’s Lexus vehicles. The agreement illustrates the shared commitment of both parties to advance customer service, ensure the delivery of safe vehicles, and provide leading car services in the emirate in line with Dubai Plan 2021.
H.E. Fahad Ahmed Al Raeesi, Deputy CEO of Dubai Government Workshop, said: “The MoU with Al-Futtaim Lexus is an integral part of our continued collaboration that has touched on various aspects of our core operations. Our partnership has allowed us to exchange expertise and technical capabilities, provide the latest innovations and emerging technologies in the automotive world, and develop services in line with current and future requirements of our respective customers."
Mohammed Maktari, Managing Director, Lexus, said: “We appreciate the confidence that DGW places in our Lexus vehicles. This continued agreement with DGW reinforces our long-term partnership and represents an important step towards an enhanced and dedicated service experience, through our qualified team of Lexus technicians. We are confident in extending to our partners world-class maintenance and repair services, in line with Lexus’ standards.”
