Dubai Government Workshop showcases its smart services at GITEX Technology Week 2019

UAE, October 5, 2019 - The Dubai Government Workshop (DGW) is showcasing its advanced customer centric smart services that enhance customer experience and ensure their satisfaction at GITEX Technology Week 2019. The exhibition is being held from October 6-10 at the Dubai World Trade Center.
Fahad al-Raisi, Deputy CEO of DGW, said: “Our participation at GITEX 2019 stems from the significance of the event as one of the leading global platforms in the field of technological advancements. This transformation is characterized by the adoption of best standards and practices that ensure the safety and happiness of customers, while also strengthening the position of Dubai and the UAE as global leaders in the quality of government services delivery.”
Through its participation at GITEX 2019, DGW aims to create awareness among customers about its advanced e-Services supported by interactive features that reduce turnaround time, facilitate procedures and enhance the Workshop’s position as a leader in vehicle fleet management.
DGW is demonstrating a wide range of services at GITEX this year, including Smart Vehicle Inspection System, which accelerates vehicle inspection and minimizes human errors. The system uses hands-free audio system to achieve the highest quality standards in the inspection process and saves time and effort when employees enter the data on computers or mobile devices. Besides, the Workshop is also showcasing its new website that offers many e-Services that effectively address customers’ needs and facilitate their access to the Workshop’s services. These include the Electronic Auction System, which allows customers to participate in DGW’s auctions online.
