Companies Ready to Battle at Oman Insurance Corporate Challenge

An innovative inter-company challenge concept with UAE’s top companies participating to conquer 7 challenges in an exhilarating adventure around Dubai, to win the coveted title
Dubai, United Arab Emirates, March 25, 2019: Dubai’s exhilarating, Oman Insurance Corporate Challenge, powered by LivFit and Rush-A-Way returns this year with unique team-bonding exercises to ignite spirit, friendly competition to create an infectious excitement on 20th April 2019. The unique team building inter-company challenge growing over the years is a proven effective concept to strengthen teams and also serves as an excellent platform for networking.
With the gamification at work concept gaining mileage, many corporates are engaging employees with the adrenaline push for instant gratification and improved productivity. Offering an opportunity to pursue passions outside of the work does have a positive impact in a way that it helps employee’s creativity and enthusiasm at work. The innovative concept of the Oman Insurance Challenge reflects high energy thus focusing on sustainable employee wellness and engagement.

The teams will be presented with 7 thrilling challenges which won’t be revealed until the race begins. The challenges are constructed to assess the team’s quick-thinking, stamina, logic and planning abilities. Participant in previous events have tackled a variety of challenges such as overcoming an obstacle course, hopping onto paddleboards in the sea to retrieve clues, go karting, playing drums in sync and even facing an escape game setup in a mall. The challenges will be new, and besides adding the fun element, these activities also inculcate the participants with skills essential to succeed in the corporate world. However, these challenges don’t only test the physical fitness and rational thinking abilities of the teams, but also focus to build and enhance team dynamics, aimed to foster stronger, authentic bonds between co-workers.
The adventure-filled event is sure to trigger an adrenaline rush as 50 organizations compete to win the coveted title. The award categories include “Best Team” for the team that scored most points, “Best Performing Company Award” for the company whose top 3 teams have the highest average points, “Excellence Award” for the company with highest number of participating teams and “LivFit Award” for the fastest team at the LivFit Challenge.
Organizations can send multiple teams of 4 members. Teams need to ensure that their cars are fueled up in advance as the sites for various challenges require commute by car. Additionally, teams need a smartphone with a 3G/4G connection to access the Rushaway app, which is used to receive challenge locations and track scores during the event.
A total of 100 team spots are available and teams are encouraged to book their spot early as team details are not required at the time of registration.
