Dubai, UAE, January 28, 2019: Infor, a global leader in business cloud software specialized by industry, today announced the appointment of E3 LLC as its preferred Healthcare industry partner for Infor’s solutions for the Healthcare market in the Middle East & Africa region. The appointment will offer Infor’s Healthcare customers access to leading industry enterprise solutions along with specialized professional services.
Notably, the E3 team has international, regional and local healthcare industry-focused experience that enables them to successfully deploy systems with accuracy and speed without compromising on the quality of the implementation process. Along with Infor's industry-specific cloud-based and on-premise solutions, E3 helps the region’s healthcare customers gain and maintain industry leadership. One such recent joint success was Clemenceau Medical Center in Dubai Healthcare City.
“Our 15+ years of focus on the healthcare sector enables us to readily understand our clients’ needs and pains. Our solutions and services are specifically designed for the healthcare sector out-of-the-box,” states Muwaffa Lahham, CEO and Founder of E3. “Coupled with Infor’s extensive solutions, we are able to address all the sector’s enterprise solutions concerns in an optimized and cost-effective fashion.”
"The healthcare sector faces increased pressures in information and financial management,” states Jonathan Wood, Infor General Manager for India, Middle East & Africa. “To this end, we wanted to ensure that our customers receive the best in consulting and implementation services which E3 has proven on many occasions it’s able to deliver. We’re very excited to have E3 as our preferred partner and reseller in the region,” adds Wood.
According to Wood and Lahham, the timing of the announcement is perfect, as the region’s healthcare sector gathers in the largest healthcare exhibition: ArabHealth 2019. The gathering shall provide Infor and E3 customers the opportunity to experience the solutions first hand. A personalized experience zone has been designed to provide healthcare professionals with hands-on demonstrations along with experience sharing sessions hosted by E3 experts. Solutions demonstrated include Infor Healthcare CloudSuite, which covers financial, supply chain, and human capital management capabilities.
“We look forward to this new phase of our journey where Infor and E3 work jointly to service the region’s healthcare sector,” concludes Lahham.
