Al Tayer Motors Is Exclusive Automotive Sponsor of Nad Al Sheba Sports Tournament

Event visitors can win four Land Rover vehicles in raffle draw
Dubai, 27 May 2018. Al Tayer Motors, the official importer-dealer for Land Rover vehicles in the UAE, is the exclusive automotive sponsor of the Nad Al Sheba (NAS) Sports Tournament for the fifth consecutive year.
Held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Sports Council, the tournament’s theme for 2018 is ‘Limitless Abilities’.
Making their debut at the event this year are sporting disciplines such as 3x3 basketball, Futsal for People with Hearing Disabilities and Jiu-Jitsu, in addition to futsal, football, volleyball, padel tennis, fencing, NAS Night Challenge, the 5km and 10km run, 75km cycle race and wheelchair basketball.
“Events such as the NAS Sports Tournament form a key part of our sponsorship strategy designed to support the community around us. The tournament has already achieved tremendous success in its past editions thanks to the patronage and keen involvement of His Highness, who brings his unique, innovative vision to promote the spirit of sportsmanship and perseverance in the community, particularly since the tournament is held during the holy month of Ramadan,” said Dr.Tariq Humaid Al Tayer, Director, Al Tayer Motors.
Visitors to the event, running until June 5, get multiple chances to participate in a raffle draw to win four exciting Land Rover vehicles, including a Land Rover Discovery Sport, two Range Rover Evoque cars and the mega prize - a Range Rover Velar.
In addition to the NAS Sport Tournament itself, this year Al Tayer Motors is also the main sponsor of the ‘Fohood Zabeel’ Futsal team.
Al Tayer Motors has been a long-term supporter of many sporting events such as the Jiu-Jitsu Championships across the UAE organised by the Jiu-Jitsu Federation; traditional sports such as falconry, hunting, archery and Al Youla; camel racing as well as equestrian sports, including horseracing. The UAE dealership has been associated with Meydan racing for more than a decade and the Dubai World Cup.
