DED-Ajman organizes ‘Partners Forum' to enhance partner relations

UAE: March 31, 2018- The Department of Economic Development – Ajman (DED-Ajman) organized the event ‘Partners Forum’ in Radisson Blu Ajman, in line with its commitment to enhance the relations with strategic partners from various local and federal entities and the private sector. General managers, CEOs and representatives from local, federal entities and media establishments attended the forum.
In his opening speech, H.E. Ali Issa Al Nuaimi, Director General of DED-Ajman, emphasized the importance of strengthening cooperation with strategic partners and their key role in achieving the objectives of UAE Vision 2021 and the country’s general trends. He added that concerted efforts and cooperation are the key to success and serve the interest of the country. He highlighted that harmonious relationships and solid partnerships between the Department and its partners are most integral factors in building a diversified economy based on competitiveness, knowledge and innovation, led by national competencies.
H.E. added: “Many of our achievements would not have been possible without the support and effective partnerships with various entities in the country. The event ‘Partners Forum’ was a great opportunity for us to reaffirm our commitment to partners by enhancing relations with all entities involved in economic development, including suppliers and media. It is necessary to develop a sustainable mechanism to strengthen these partnerships to the maximum extent.”
The Forum featured the screening of a short film titled ‘Our Partners’ and showcased key joint projects and an analysis of the Department’s strategic plan. In addition, partners were recognized for their valuable contribution to supporting the development strategies of the country and for their efforts to take the economic planning process to the next level of excellence. The Forum also reaffirmed commitment to continuously promoting and developing such partnerships.
