The new home packages offer premium TV entertainment and faster internet speeds
Dubai, United Arab Emirates - 22 February 2018: du, from Emirates Integrated Telecommunication Company, announced the launch of its new flexible home plans, du Home, offering premium TV entertainment and faster internet speeds all over the UAE.
This launch highlights the first time UAE residents will be able to choose du home plan that allows the customization of premium TV content and own their entertainment experience regardless of where they live, in addition to Live TV content which is part of their plans.
“We are offering a new level of flexibility for customers to tailor their packages and selected TV channels in efforts to enhance the home experience across the UAE and meet the growing demand of tailored and customised TV/Video content,” said Fahad Al Hassawi, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of telco services at EITC (du).
In addition to the wide range of channels, du Home plans will also include Over the Top (OTT) applications such as du View and OSN WAVO, which presents an exciting blend of both live and catch-up TV.
“We know the way people consume content and TV today is different to what it was. This is why we pursue partnerships such as the one we signed with OSN for WAVO – we want to provide customers with real choice and a true alternative and the possibility to own their unique viewing experience. We will continue to focus on transparently providing great value entertainment and the fastest internet connection, with no hidden charges,” he added.
With the premium TV, customers will get access to a diverse portfolio of entertainment including OSN Movies, Pehla, Pinoy along with beIN Sports with tones of Hollywood and Bollywood blockbusters, TV series, cricket, Live TV and family entertainment.
