The Verses of Peace Exhibition begins at the Abu Dhabi World Trade Centre

Dubai, UAE, December 4, 2017:  With a view to propagate the message of peace to the world, The Islamic Art Forum in collaboration with Abu Dhabi Art Hub opened their “Verses of Peace” Exhibition showcasing works of well known artists around the globe including the work of Syrian artist Aksam Talla and Salvatore Savoca from Italy, Mohammad Althagafi from Saudi Arabia.

At the opening night, the gallery displayed works closely interlinked to the world of Islam, Islamic Art and its forms. Some of the devoured pieces at the exhibition include replicas of:

The Lock and Key of the Holy Ka'ba
The Sword of Prophet Muhammad

Also displayed at the exhibition are Saudi sculptures by Saudi Artist Mohammed Althagafi: The peace and purity

Italian sculptures by Salvatore Savoca: The peace and freedom

Speaking on this occasion, Curator of the Islamic Art Forum Mariam al Suwaidi said, “ In contemporary Islamic art forum, the drawings are inspired by signs of love and peace that touches the hearts and minds of everyone present. It is a message to all of us, free people to spread love and peace.”
