Dubai, United Arab Emirates: The Middle East Cleaning Technology Week (MECTW) 2017, today announced the launch of its mobile application for active participation and interaction of its exhibitors and visitors. The application is available on Android and IOS devices and can be downloaded for free by searching ‘mectw’ in the app store.
It is interesting to note that the MECTW application enables the exhibitors to showcase live demonstrations of their products online. These demos are curated to attract more customers and increase the footfall at their booth. The exhibitor and customer can schedule business meetings prior to the show, which will help them scout possible business opportunities.
Mr. Renoy George, General Manager, Excel International, commented, “We are displaying a plethora of innovative products at MECTW 2017 which will be a boon to the cleaning and hygiene industry. With the launch of this application, we will stay ahead of the game and ensure that our customers get the most information about our products that will make perfect sense to their businesses. We have already started to receive interests from a few of them and look forward to more.”
Jayaraman Nair, Chairman, VIS Exhibitions and Conferences – organiser of MECTW said, “In recent years, mobile apps have gained prominence as a must-have component for any exhibition or events. With the launch of this mobile application, we encourage more participation from different regions, giving them a chance to connect with their exhibitors much in advance.”
“The MECTW application is both informative and interactive. The users can register through this application and manage their own dashboard. This dashboard has multiple features and can be accessed at the click of a button.”
He further added, “The 2017 edition of MECTW is receiving an overwhelming number of interest from every vertical of the cleaning and hygiene industry and aims to bring together exhibitors and customers under the same umbrella.”
Through this platform, visitors have access to a complete exhibitor guide, that also showcases the list of display products. The visitors can e-meet their exhibitors even before the show, to understand more about the products exhibited. They can source the latest innovations, products and services from over 125 exhibitors across 15 countries through this application.
Amit Trivedi, a user of this application said, “MECTW is a mega exhibition with humungous exhibitors displaying their best of products, hence, it is good to be informed about any exhibition or event even before attending it. I have already registered myself on this application and think it will be very helpful for all attendees. This app lets me navigate between the booths of my preferred exhibitors and gives exclusive access to events news that keeps me updated at all given times.”
The MECTW 2017 offers a great line-up of speakers and brings with them an abundance of knowledge sharing initiatives through three focused conferences and internationally acclaimed workshops by International Detailing Association (IDA) and ISSA, the worldwide cleaning industry association.
