- Upscale offering includes dedicated Relationship Manager and priority service for corporate clients and Club Exclusive members
Dubai, 17 October 2017: UAE Exchange, the leading global money transfer, foreign exchange and payment solutions brand, took select Club Exclusive and corporate clients on a demonstration of its exclusive new Lounge facilities at the Atlantis Hotel in Dubai. The event also saw the brand felicitate 12 of its high net worth customers for their continued patronage.
“UAE Exchange is a brand that prides itself on creating and reinventing services for its customers. The introduction of the brand-new Lounge at the branches is a way of raising the service experience quotient of our premier customers as well as differentiating ourselves in the market,” said Abdel Kareem Alkayed, Country Head, UAE Exchange-UAE.
The upgraded new Lounge, a first for any exchange house, is exclusively for the corporate customers and Club Exclusive members wherein they can experience premium service at no additional cost. A relaxed ambience, refreshment service, a dedicated Relationship Manager on call and preferential rates are some of the features the Lounge offers.
The Lounge service has been initiated across seven UAE Exchange locations in the UAE – Al Qusais, Deira, Karama, Saif Zone and Sheikh Zayed in Dubai and two in Sharjah – and will soon be rolled out to other locations in the country. The brand is also redesigning its corporate desk and exclusive branch counters for premier customers to a brand-new lounge look.
Coinciding with the brand’s Customer Month, a month-long celebration of exceptional customer service, the initiative cements UAE Exchange as a market leader in service excellence as doing financial services has never been more convenient for the customers.
