Freehold owners have begun to occupy the 300 apartments at the tastefully designed and strategically located tower.
Developed at the cost of AED 295 million, Sahara Tower 4 consists of spacious and elegantly designed one, two, three and four bedroom units built with top-of-the-range specifications and fittings. Development of the project began in April 2014 and all units were sold out within 18 months of launch.
Sahara Tower 4 offers world-class amenities at affordable and attractive prices. Each spacious apartment is designed to cater to Arabic customs and culture with separate kitchens and private and distinct bedrooms, living and dining rooms.
At the ribbon-cutting ceremony to present the completed Sahara Tower 4, Eng. Raymond Khouzami, CEO of Al Thuriah said: “The handover of Sahara Tower 4 is a major achievement for us as we have utilized state-of-the-art technologies to ensure that we deliver before committed deadlines. This bespoke development offers a luxury lifestyle and appeals to discerning clients who value superior interiors and spacious apartments at prime locations. Sahara Tower 4 offers luxurious amenities supported by a complete facility management team with 24/7 security services. It has a state-of-the-art swimming pool and gymnasium, garden and lounge area as well as retail outlets and restaurants on the ground floors.
“I would like to congratulate the Al Thuriah team and project partners that have worked with great diligence and efficiency to complete this landmark property ahead of schedule. We welcome the new home owners, who have appreciated its quality, and we are sure that they will enjoy its world class amenities to the fullest,” added Sheikh Majid Bin Hamad Al Qasimi, Chairman of Al Thuriah Group.
Al Thuriah’s Sahara Tower 4 is located in the Sahara Complex near Sahara Centre, positioned as the gateway to Sharjah, and offers ideal accessibility and commute to both Sharjah and Dubai. This strategic location, a few minutes away from Dubai International Airport, provides residents with views of Al Mamzar Creek and Park as well as of the Dubai skyline and several landmarks such as Burj Khalifa, Dubai Festival City and Sheikh Zayed Road. Three shopping malls, three hospitals, over 10 schools and two large parks lie within a three-kilometre radius. Two universities, including the University City of Sharjah, are also in the vicinity.

In the forefront is the Sahara Tower 6 with 400 units, the last jewel in the Sahara Complex, composed of two blocks with a common garden, prayer area, gym and swimming pool. Addressing the needs of end-users and investors, Al Thuriah’s UAE operations have a track record of delivering over 100 completed projects covering over 15 million square feet, in over 20 years.
