Participates for the 10th time in the Careers UAE fair
Dubai, 13 April 2017: Investing in and retaining the right people is the biggest asset for any organisation. And making significant progress in identifying and nurturing such talent through career fairs is UAE Exchange, the leading global remittance, foreign exchange and payment solutions brand. The brand’s participation in the Careers UAE, one of the largest recruitment fairs in the country, is part of its strategic plans to expand the Emirati workforce across its various operations in the UAE.
Speaking on the occasion, Abdel Kareem Alkayed, UAE Exchange Country Head for the UAE, said: “Our continuous participation in recruitment fairs like Careers UAE is a testament of our commitment towards the vision of the UAE government in developing and empowering the national talent with requisite skill set for professional growth. The vibrant platform also provides us to attract and recruit the best talent on-site for our forthcoming initiatives as well as mentor them to become leaders in the financial world.”
UAE Exchange, participating for the 10th time in the Careers UAE, offers the UAE Nationals with the option of flexi working hours (part time or full time), convenient job location posting and periodic trainings for upgrading skills and professional development. For Emirati students, a four-week internship and training programme – Taleem – is offered that provides them with corporate experience and stipend.
Earlier this year, UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation recognised and awarded UAE Exchange for its commitment and contribution to the success of government accelerators programmes in the financial sectors. The brand had identified and recruited talented UAE Nationals across its various operations in the seven emirates of the UAE.
