Reebok Les Mills™ invites you to witness a live workout demonstration at Stadium, Yas Mall

Abu Dhabi, UAE; 26 March, 2017:  Head to Stadium at Yas Island on Friday 31st March for a free Les Mills™ fitness class demonstration. From 6pm to 9.15pm there will be live workout demos, photo opportunities and the chance to meet the inspiring Les Mills™ Reebok Team.  During the event, all Stadium customers will receive an exclusive 20% discount on all Reebok products, excluding accessories. 

With a pumping soundtrack, the workout sessions will be led by Les Mills™ International Master Trainer and Presenter, Amir. H. Behforooz, one of the region’s favourite Les Mills™ instructors. Amir will be showcasing the benefits of the Les Mills™ workout with live demonstrations of three classes from the Les Mills™ stage. The High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Les Mills SPRINT™ class starts at 6.15pm and is a great way to achieve fast results; consumers will receive tips and tricks on how to lengthen and strengthen their muscles with a mix of yoga, tai-chi and pilates in Les Mills BODY BALANCE™ at 7.05pm; or visitors to the Stadium will learn how to up their metabolism with high intensity Les Mills GRIT™ class at 8.10pm. 

In between the sessions, Les Mills™ Reebok Team will be demonstrating this season’s latest Reebok Les Mills™ products. Don’t miss the opportunity to meet an elite and inspiring squad of athletes hand-picked by Reebok from across the UAE! Fitness fans will also love Stadium’s photo booth competition. Consumers can upload their photobooth photo with the #ReebokLesMills and tag @ReebokMENA and @Stadium_ME to have the opportunity to win AED 1,000 worth of prizes.
