Sisters and daughters, employees of RAK Government: 
On this day, as the world celebrates International Women's Day, we stand proudly in front of the world as the sons and daughters of this generous country to acknowledge your world-class achievements. You are our partners in building this country. You are our backbone in overcoming challenges. With you, there are no limits to our ambition. With you, our hopes are infinite. Through your success, our spirit of determination grows. From your uniqueness, positivity and leadership increase. 

I would like to congratulate all of you on this day, and I am pleased to see you continuing to work in good faith, creatively and with dedication in a national spirit that does not know or believe in constraints. You are the ones who will define the landscape of the future. Record your achievements and spread the values of good citizenship in a year full of giving from the humanity of Dar Zayed. 

My sisters and daughters of the UAE: 
Our confidence in you and our optimistic country is so strong, you are the ones who build it alongside our men. You have raised global competitiveness and furthermore you continue to follow the blessed steps of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan (may God have mercy upon him), the founding father of the United Arab Emirates, as he believed in the capabilities of the women of the UAE and their important role in the implementation of its comprehensive development plans. 

On this special day when the world celebrates women's achievements, I cannot emphasize enough to UAE mothers, UAE employees, UAE students, that every day in the UAE is Women’s Day, supported by the wise leadership of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE - "God save him”.
God bless our beloved country, and preserve our security, safety and stability. God bless His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, with health and happiness.
