Burn calories for free this March at Motion Ladies Fitness Center

Dubai, UAE, March 1, 2017: For one week, ladies only fitness center, Motion Ladies Fitness Center, will be offering free classes from their class schedule to women around Dubai.
Set in a beautiful villa oasis in Umm Suqeim, Motion Ladies Fitness Center provides a welcoming and relaxed environment where women can work on their health and fitness goals together with motivating trainers.
Starting on 19th March 2017, the center will be welcoming new customers to enjoy any fitness class from their daily schedule which includes TRX, Barre, Yoga, Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Zumba and much more. Classes normally start from AED 110 and up, and are hosted in small intimate ladies only groups with passionate and professional trainers.
Some examples of the free classes, dates and times are as follows:
- Sunday 19th March, Booty Barre: from 18.30pm till 19.30pm
- Monday 20th March, Wake Up Pilates: from 9.00am till 10.00am
- Tuesday 21st March, Zumba: from 19.30pm till 20.30pm
- Wednesday 22nd March, X-Fit: from 8.30am till 9.15am
- Thursday 23rd March, TRX: from 10:30am till 11:15am
- Saturday 25th March, WeightLoss Circuit: from 12:00pm till 13:00pm
Pre-booking for all free classes is required and available for new customers only. Each customer can book a maximum of 3 classes each during the week, which runs from Sunday 19th March until Saturday 25th March. The full class schedule can be view on their website.
A range of different packages are available including 3 month (AED 3,300), 6 months (AED 6,200) and 12 months (AED 11,000). Personal training packages are also available ranging from AED 400 for a single session to 30 sessions for AED 10,200. Classes are offered 6 days a week for ladies only.
