AW Rostamani Lifestyle Expands Portfolio with Acquisition of the Famous Children's Fashion Chain “Angels”

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates, February 27, 2017: With the recent acquisition of the Angels Children’s fashion chain, AW Rostamani lifestyle has expanded its collection in the children’s fashion department. Angels, a multi-brand kid’s fashion concept specializing in luxury garments and accessories for boys and girls in the age group of newborn to 14 years old now with 4 major stores across the UAE.
Commenting on the acquisition of the store, Joseph Faddoul, General Manager, AW Rostamani Lifestyle said “We are pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition and that Angels is now a part of AW Rostamani Lifestyle which will allow the brand to accelerate its development by opening new stores and offering new shopping experience to the customers under our management”.
Since it opened its first store in 2006, Angels’ portfolio always consisted of a collection of premium fashion brands from French and Italian design houses such as Burberry, Kenzo, Fendi, Philip Plein, Paul Smith, Little Marc Jacob to name a few. The collection is described as comfortable, lavish and trendy.
“The acquisition of this 11 years successful name comes as part of our strategy in expanding AW Rostamani Lifestyle portfolio by introducing the brand to a variety of new customers that want access to luxury and trendy fashion for their children in the UAE market.” Faddoul added.
With Angels the second children’s brand under AW Rostamani Lifestyle after Graffiti Fashion Zone, the fashion and lifestyle arm of the group aims to become leader in the kids wear in the UAE market.
